Title
Electric Field Turns Cheap Semiconductors into PV Cells.
Abstract
The article offers information on the research work associated with the development of solar cells from any semiconductor material by the use of electric field. It reports that solar cells made from metal oxides, sulfides and phosphides were found to be cheap and efficient. It details the major benefit of using unsuitable and dirt cheap material which is converted into high-efficiency photovoltaic (PV) cells.
