- Abstract
The article focuses on the Empowerment Framework developed by Natalie Canning, senior lecturer of early childhood and co-director of Children's Research Centre at the Open University (OU) in Milton Keynes, England in partnership with Interactive Learning Diary for early childhood practitioners. According to Canning, the framework will help educators to concentrate on tasks for child development through a greater understanding of children's behavior.
