- Abstract
The article discusses the study which investigates the evaluation and development of an indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for a screening test to detect antibodies against classical swine fever virus (CSFV). The study used viral glycoproteins from swine kidney cells infected with CSFV ALD/A76 strain which has been adsorbed on a microtiter plate as the antigen for the antibody detection. Results how that the developed ELISA is a useful screening tool in detecting CSFV.
