Dear Editor, Methotrexate (MTX) is one of the most frequently used conventional systemic therapies for the treatment of moderate-to-severe plaque-type psoriasis. Red bars denote placebo patients (PLC; n = 6), blue bars MTX PASI 75 nonresponders (MTXNR; n = 7) and yellow bars MTX PASI 75 responders (MTXR; n = 14).
