The article focuses on a study on the use of Olmutinib-induced palmoplantar keratoderma for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer, particularly for T790M mutations and estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR)tyrosine kinase inhibitors resistance. it mentions olmutinib induces irreversible inhibition of EGFR with the T790M mutation while sparing wild-type EGFR.
