- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 50-year-old woman with cytotoxic CD4+ T-cell infiltration and epstein-barr virus infection. She had recurrent dermatological manifestations of erythematous macules, papules, vesicles, erosions and ulcers on the same sites, and oedema of the forearms and lower legs, gradually resulting in permanently indented scars. It cites the hydroa vacciniforme (HV) that is characterized by vesiculopapular lesions on sun-exposed skin, and resolves by early adulthood.
