B Key ideas b : Do not exclude AHA in patients anticoagulated or with antiplatelet treatment with abnormal bleeding or a change in their routine bleeding profile and the laboratory suggest it. Based on my experiences in working with young women with bleeding disorders, I ask the questions whether these young women feel adequately supported in relation to their bleeding disorder, and what are the challenges and impact of having a bleeding disorder?.
