- Abstract
Injection Pressure and Injection Time Figure 3 shows the injection pressures during injections into the air and testicular tissue using the one-step F and two-step injection methods. However, the injection technique (intratesticular injection of 0.5 mL, retracting cannula into subscrotal tissue, making a skin fold and injection of 0.5 mL subscrotally) used by Saller et al. [[19]] and Abendschön et al. [[20]] appeared to be challenging in awake piglets. Injection Injections of a local anesthetic or sodium chloride provoked no significant changes in MAP or HR compared to that of the handling group, in which the injection was only simulated (Figure 4). 3.4.3.
