- Abstract
The article discusses the highlights of a conference on current and future perspectives of aerosol research held at the U.S. National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Goddard Space Flight Center Visitor Center in Greenbelt, Maryland on May 31, 2013. Among the plans of NASA that were discussed include the launch of the ACE mission in 2023 and a geostationary satellite mission called GEO-CAPE. Updates on global aerosol modeling were presented by Arlindo da Silva and Peter Colarco.
