- Title
Entropy production and multiple equilibria: the case of the ice-albedo feedback.

- Abstract
The article discusses the study which compares the classical dynamical system and the Maximum Entropy Production (MEP) approaches to understand complex dynamics in the ice-albedo feedback. It says that by merely considering the time dimension as a geometric measurement, MEP can be applied to the time evolving system. It concludes that ice-albedo feedback provides thermodynamic-motivated variational rule. It also tackles the surface heat flux derived from MEP and with the bulk-aerodynamic formula.
