- Abstract
The article presents the author's insights on the status of the practice of originalism in Constitutional interpretation in the U.S. lawyer education. The author says that originalism was initiated by the Supreme Court in various areas of law such as abortion. He tackles several constitutional law books including "Constitutional Law: Cases in Context," "Constitutional Law in Context" and "Constitutional Law." He states that the practice of originalism is still in a positive status.
