- Abstract
Professionalism is an essential skill for the workforce, one students should start developing well before they enter their careers. Students will apply professionalism skills in a range of workplace environments; however, they can begin with the creative approaches applied to meaningful learning experiences. Conclusion Workforce practices are changing rapidly, and it is important that students experience the creativity strategy of collaborating to build valuable professionalism skills.
