- Abstract
The article discusses the study related to the motivation of the African American pharmacy faculty at the Historically Black College of Pharmacy (KBCP) in the U.S. The Sullivan Commission on Diversity in the Healthcare Workforce declared that the development of minority leaders promotes the diversity of health profession in increasing diverseness in the field. However, the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (AACP) also stresses the essence of multifariousness in pharmacy education. Additionally, it says that the quality of health care in the country depend on the training given to the health providers.
