- Abstract
The article offers information on the union's duty of fair representation pilot seniority claims in the U.S. Topics discussed include the Ninth Circuit court's decision in the case 'Addington v. US Airline Pilots Ass'n' in which the court held that holding that the U.S. Airline Pilots Association (USAPA) breached its duty of fair representation; sensitive duty of fair representation claims throughout the airline industry; and the USAPA's obligation to serve the interests of all members.
