- Abstract
The article focuses on program Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) related to access to education in the U.S. by undocumented and DACA students. Topics discussed include developments in federal and state laws for the access of education, the U.S. Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act which prohibits the aliens from postsecondary education benefit and the U.S. Supreme Court case Plyler v. Doe related to enrollment of Illegal alien in school district.
