- Abstract
The article examines the lawsuits in which Idaho courts have to reconcile the differences between the laws of different legal jurisdictions. It discusses the cases that were decided by Idaho state courts and posted on Westlaw that provides online legal research services in the U.S., before 2013 including the case of Hannah v. Vensel and Hooker v. Schulerb. It also coordinates the choice-of-law rules with the areas of law of torts and property that provided the framework for choice of law.
