Declaring victory, China vows to fight on in Tibet.
- Abstract
The article reports on China's declaration of its victory over the Dalai Lama's influence in Tibet. The country is committed to deepen the struggle against splittism in order to tighten security. According to Zhang Qingli, China's Communist Party secretary, citizens must have a more vigorous will to fight and do a more solid job of uniting against splittism. Zhang vowed to maintain stability to ensure success of the 17th Communist Party Congress and the 2008 Beijing Olympics.
