- Title
Missional education: lessons from Southeast Asia.
- Authors
Kay, William K.
- Abstract
This paper outlines the missional education that helped to produce the churches of Southeast Asia and argues that missional education in the future would be improved if it 'read' the situation of the destination country of missionaries and took note of the typical trajectory of Pentecostal development over time. These suggestions are made against the background of 19th century Protestant mission and the rise of short-term missions.
