- Abstract
Photoconductive Antennas: Effects of Crystallographic Orientation of GaAs Substrate and the Period of Plasmon Grid on THz Antenna Performance (Ann. The cover shows three components of the proposed approach: the choice of the direction of the crystallographic cut of the GaAs substrate, a new design of the photoconductive material, and the use of a nanoplasmonic grid. In article 2100041, Arseniy Buryakov and co-workers report on a new approach to significantly improve the performance (efficiency and spectrum width) of already well-developed GaAs THz antennas.
