- Abstract
This article reviews the Influence of Leadership Style, Work Environment, and Compensation on Employee Performance with Motivation as an Intervening Variable. Where the influence of employee performance on motivation as a mediating variable includes leadership style, work environment, and compensation, so in this article the author will review three variables that have a role or influence on employee performance with motivation as a mediating variable. The implementation of this literature review article is as follows: 1) leadership style influences employee performance; 2) work environment influences employee performance; 3) Compensation affects employee performance; 4) leadership style influences work motivation; 5) work environment influences work motivation; 6) compensation affects work motivation; 7) leadership style, work environment, and compensation affect employee performance; 8) leadership style, work environment, and compensation affect work motivation.
