- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 8-year-old boy who visited hospital for permanent catheter attachment and formulation of an arteriovenous fistula for hemodialysis with prune-belly syndrome. She was pronounced dead shortly after arrival. It informs about other problems associated with a disease including renal dysfunction from obstructive uropathy. It informs about multiple abnormalities in different organs associated with syndrome and requirement of appropriate management of anesthesia.
