- Abstract
The article offers information on the legal procedure related to the treatment of the American terrorists, who have committed the crime of treason in the U.S. It informs that perpetrators are sometimes recognized as the American terrorists by the American citizens under the constitutional law of the U.S. for their various nonterrorism related offenses such as communitarian assaults. It discusses the case of Cramer v. United States regarding conviction for supporting of a terrorist.
