- Abstract
The article discusses the significant transformation in judicial doctrines of deference to interpretations of law by Wisconsin agencies. Topics include a brief overview of several cases addressing the administrative state and the associated jurisprudential debate on Wisconsin courts, an increase in litigation over the shape and permissible scope of the administrative state in the past years, and the challenge of major separation of powers in the case Wisconsin Legislature v. Palm.
