- Abstract
The article forecasts the global prices of dairy products including whole milk powder, butter and cheese which will increase by around three percent between 2013 and 2014. The growth is due to demand in the developing countries of North America, Asia and the Middle East. It also states that global prices for milk powders increased between March and April of the same year due to dry season on milk production in New Zealand and limited growth production in the U.S. and European Union.
