- Abstract
A 62‐year‐old male presented with right‐sided weakens. His MRI of the brain showed multiple ring‐enhancing lesions consistent with metastatic disease. His chest X‐rays showed a large mass in the right upper lobe. Follow‐up chest CT showed a large lobulated mass in the upper lobe of the right lung and a large filling defect in the right ventricle. Transthoracic echocardiography showed a large mass in the right ventricle. Biopsy of the right lung mass showed small‐cell carcinoma. We concluded metastasis in the right ventricle and brain from the primary small‐cell lung cancer.
