- Abstract
The article presents a case study of 34-year-old woman with right hydrothorax, massive ascites and a large right ovarian tumour. The patient laboratory tests showed an increase in the serum oestradiol and underwent a total hysterectomy, bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy, omental biopsy and pelvic lymph node sampling. The patient was diagnosed with ovarian sex cord tumour with annular tubules. The was patients was administered with fine needle aspiration for tumour cells.
