- Abstract
The article attempts to examine difference between male and female users of electronic resources in university libraries in Nigeria as of 2011. The objective of the study sought to determine the use of electronic resources by gender and analyze the reasons for any gender divide by determining how male and female students acquire their search skills for electronic resources. The article concludes that there is a statistical difference between male and female use of electronic resources, and recommends that female students develop more positive attitudes towards using those resources in order to enhance their academic career.
