- Abstract
The article describes the case of a 52-year-old woman diagnosed with ACPA+/RF+ difficult-to-treat erosive rheumatoid arthritis (RA), which had been progressing since 1998. Topics discussed include observation on a synovial biopsy of the knee, results of combined therapy initiation, and a diagnosis of lymph node granulomatosis due to a Tropheryma whipplei infection in an immunocompromised patient.
