- Authors
Entin, Jonathan L.
- Abstract
The article discusses the changes on court administration of the U.S. Supreme Court by the time when John G. Roberts, Jr. was the court's Chief Justice. The leadership of Roberts Jr. gave rise to the speculation that the court might be considering changes on the way of handling legal cases. Moreover, the Supreme Court did undergo a number of notable decision over cases including one on "District of Columbia v.
