- Abstract
The article presents the results of the study on the antigen-specific T cell receptor (TCR) repertoire after varicella zoster virus (VZV) vaccination. It states that that diversity and size of antigen-specific T cell receptor (TCR) repertoire are important determinants for successful control of chronic infection. It mentions that vaccination leads to diversification of VZV-reactive T cell repertoire.
