- Abstract
This article discusses the technical aspects of performing a robotic segment 7 right posterosuperior liver resection. Minimally invasive surgery has become increasingly popular for liver tumor treatment, but it is more challenging for tumors located in posterosuperior segments. The authors describe their approach for this type of resection, including the mobilization of the right hepatic lobe and the use of a robotic platform. The article concludes that robotic segment 7 liver resection is safe, feasible, and reproducible with the appropriate surgical method.
