- Authors
Turner, Robert
- Abstract
The article focuses on the use of foam for both textile finishing and dyeing. It cites that the use of foam for the application of chemicals for dyes to textile is one of the outgrowths for the low add-on concept for processing textiles. According to the article, there are several methods used to generate foam but they all fall into one of two categories, rotary or static. Moreover, it mentions that foam systems appear to be applicable to all fabric styles including plushes, velvets and corduroys.
