The article discusses the emerging role of market ordering in global copyright enforcement as of 2015, and it mentions a territoriality principle, the efforts to achieve copyright law compliance through market pressures, and the extraterritorial application of U.S. copyright law. Copyright infringement in places such as China is mentioned, along with America's Federal Trade Commission Act and social norms. Copyright piracy and the legal aspects of Chinese Internet video websites are examined.
