- Abstract
The article reports on the New Jersey Supreme Court' decision in the court case 'Victor v. State' concerning failure of the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination (LAD) to accommodate a disability. Topics discussed include provision for the prevention of disability discrimination under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), effect of the Supreme Court decision on failure to accommodate jurisprudence under the LAD, and definition for reasonable accommodation as per LAD.
