- Abstract
In this study, a gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometric method was developed to simultaneously determine bisphenol A and melamine in vegetable protein drinks. The samples were extracted, purified and derivatized, and then detected with gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometric method. Qualitative and quantitative analyses were carried out in a multi-reaction monitoring mode. The results showed that the calibration curves of bisphenol A and melamine showed good linearity with a correlation coefficient greater than 0.999. The limits of detection of bisphenol A and melamine were 0.02 μg/kg and 0.3 μg/kg. Recoveries of the method were in the range of 89.8-92.4%, with relative standard deviation lower than 5.0%.
