- Abstract
The article discusses the epidemiology of neuroendocrine tumor (NET) in the U.S. and Norway. It highlights that African Americans possess high incidence of NET. It mentions that the National Cancer Institute's Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) program is the main resource of NET. Moreover, it states that NET is an indolent tumor which poses five years of survival.
