Abstract
The article focuses on Bristol Dental Hospital's six students who pioneered its first course for orthodontic therapists. It says that all six students have qualified to the Dental Care Professional (DCP) examination. It discusses the course curriculum which involves a four-week programme taught by consultant orthodontists, plus a placement in which students treat patients supervised by a specialist orthodontist trainer.
