The article describes the case of a 35-year-old lady who presented with an unusual cause of abdominal pain. The woman had an excision of a Type I choledochal cyst with roux-en-y hepaticojejunostomy reconstruction at age 8. Tests conducted on the patient revealed metastatic cholangiocarcinoma and lymphadenopathy in the mesentery.
