- Authors
Hecht, Michael L.
- Abstract
This study examined the persuasive efficacy of message strategies in interpersonal relationships. Results showed that the degree of change is associated with a target's satisfaction with communication and that the type of change is influenced by the strategy of positive identification. In this study, threat had little effect on change.
