- Abstract
Experimental work has been conducted to verify an analytical model of an optoelectronic mixer based on a metal-semiconductor-metal photodetector. Such mixers may provide an inexpensive method for optical delivery of signal to be radiated on microwave carriers, as in microcellular systems.
