- Abstract
The article discusses the resolution of the dispute regarding the two victims, the good faith purchaser and the original owner, involved in the stolen art during the Second World War by the Nazis. Topics discussed include the use of laches as an equitable check in an owner-friendly rule, the use of the equitable division among the innocent victims, and the modification of the refusal rule into a discovery rule under the Art Claim Bill legislature.
