- Abstract
This article presents the three U.S. small business investment companies that were licensed in March 1982. Raybar Small Business Investment Corporation of 240 W. Pasaaic St., Maywood, N. J. 07606, licensed with $ 510,000 in private capital. Harold Hopp is the president of the company. Risa Capital Associates of 1233 Walt Whitman Rd., Melville, N. Y. 11743 licensed as a limited partnership with $ 517,050 in private capital. Rice Aircraft is the corporate general partner owning 99% of the stock. Risa Capital Corp. is the corporate general partner. White River Capital Corporation of 500 Washington, St., Columbus, Indiana 47201 was licensed with $ 850,000. It is 100% owned by Irwin Union Corporation, a bank holding company. John Crago is the president.
