- Abstract
The article reports on the negotiations between the U.S. and the Soviet Union to manipulate nuclear weapons. In March 1982, Soviet leader Leonid I. Brezhnev issued a warning to the U.S. against the deployment of Tomahawk cruise missiles and operation Pershing II of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. Relative issues on the deal between the two countries is discussed.
