- Abstract
Arabic language have a very deep past in history. The Arabic language, which is from the Semitic language family, has a different place in its own group, with almost all linguistic features. In the Period of Ignorance poems, Hijaz and Nejd regions were the places where the most fluent Arabic was used. There were the Qahtani Arabs who came from Yemen and the Adnani Arabs who came from the north of the Arabian Peninsula. The languages used by the Adnani and Qahtani Arabs were united in the literary field during the Period of Ignorance. This is the dialect of the Quraysh. The Quraysh dialect had almost become an anonymous language with the Arabs collecting the beautiful words and combinations existing in other Arabic dialects. With the revelation of the Qur'an as a Miracle of Eloquence, the Arabic language has experienced the unattainable level of its literary peak. It is known that this great level of literature was first seen in the people of the Ignorance Period. There are a number of factors involved in the emergence of this superior virtue that Arabic has attained. In the process of preservation and development of the Arabic language, we observe leading factors such as geographical, climatic and geological ones. Again, when we look at the historical past, we can say that cultural and social movements also had an impact in this sense. It is possible to show the migration of Semitic tribes as the most important element of social mobility. We can evaluate all these factors as internal and external factors. Since evaluating all of them in a single platform may take much more space than the volume of our work, we have found it appropriate to deal with the issue partially. In this respect, our study deals with the effects of Semitic migrations, which we consider as external factors, on the preservation and development of Arabic language skills.
