- Abstract
An editorial is presented which addresses the author's views about the need for the British government to eliminate a pay cap that was placed on public sector wages in 2010, and it mentions how nurses in Great Britain are underpaid. The British government's policy regarding the salaries of public employees such as nurses, physicians, and police officers are examined, along with independent pay-review bodies and the Scottish government's plan to lift a public sector pay cap.
