- Abstract
The article discusses the declaration of Leuven and the restorative justice for juveniles. It provides an overview of the ten propositions for the restorative response to juvenile offending. The article reports that in responding to crime, restorative justice can evolve as a serious alternative and its approach restores the harm done to victims and contribute to the peace and safety in the community. Its restorative response to crime stresses the responsibilities of the parties to find a constructive solution to the crime conflict.
