The social movement's access to the national and international courts have been turning possible the contetion front of construction of three hydroelectric plants in Pará State -Tucuruí (1976-1984), Belo Monte (2011- 2016) and São Luiz do Tapajós (2016-2020). From the concept of structures of legal opportunity it is possible to point out advances and restrictions found in the face of the economic model by the Brazilian State to Amazon-Pará.
