The objective of this paper is to present the possible effects on Mexican international trade, derived from the renegotiation of NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement. An exhaustive collection of data obtained in other investigations was carried out. In these were presented various theories and possible scenarios provided by international trade experts. Among the conclusions, a greater commercial approach with Central America through extra-commercial agreements is proposed.
