- Abstract
The authors presents their response to a comment about their study on the impact of roads on the ecosystem of Serengeti National Park in Tanzania. Topics discussed include the importance of the livelihoods of people inhabiting an area, the correlation between sustainable conservation and human development in the ecosystem, and an overview of the road project that will affect this ecosystem. The possibility deforestation as a result of the project is also discussed.
