- Abstract
The article presents a study on color related behavior of mentally retarded children with color blindness and normal color vision. Different tasks which reflected basic classroom activities were designed using a wide range of colors. The color blind children did not significantly differ from the children with normal color vision in the number of correct word and color associations. Also, there was modified statistical power due to limited number of items within a color blind child's defective color range and small number of subjects available for testing.
